A soft and succulent cut for baking, grilling or barbecuing. We use a chilli & lemon gluten free marinade which works perfectly with this pork loin.

You will get approximately 3-4 steaks for every 500g ordered.

Refrigerate covered in your favorite marinade, for a tasty succulent rich pork steak.

Serving Size

Allow approximately 8oz or 225g per person.

Cooking Suggestion

Grill or barbecue each side for 8-10 minutes.

Suitable for Coeliacs with an intolerance to both gluten and wheat.
