How to Use the JW Mettricks On-line Shop
Selecting Products

- Select your meat type from the menu on the left
- A list of products and images will be displayed
- Click the image to display more information
- Click ‘add to basket' if you wish to buy it
- Some products have options such as weight, please check the selection before adding it to your Mettricks shopping basket
Reviewing your Basket & Checkout
Whilst you are shopping, you will see a list of your choices in the "Shopping cart" box in the bottom left of your screen.
To access full details of the items you have chosen, simply click on the "go" icon in the shopping cart box. This will take you to your shopping cart where you will be able to amend your order. To amend any item simply make the change and click the "update Cart" button.
Paying by Debit or Credit Card
Our preferred method of payment is credit or debit card. All our payment systems are fully secure and encrypted (notice the padlock in your address bar).
When paying by card, you will be directed to our payment processor's secure systems prior to entering any card information. Card information will only be stored on the systems of the payment processor and the bank, with no card details being held on our systems.
Payment by card on the Mettricks website is fully secure and safe. If however you would prefer to pay be cheque see below.
Payment by Cheque
If you wish to pay by cheque, this is perfectly acceptable. However please be aware that using this method of payment will lead to a delay in delivery, as we are unable to dispatch your order until the cheque is received and cleared.
Order Reference
On completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you gave us when you placed the order. This will contain a unique order reference number. This number should be quoted if you contact us concerning your order.

We source all our meat from farms within the Peak District, the North West and Midlands, usually within 35 miles of our shops.
