Another succulent, popular roasting joint. Very suitable for those wanting a small joint, as it is narrow and easy to carve.

Cooking and serving.  Roast at 375ºF/190ºC/Gas Mark 5 for 30-35 minutes per lb (0.45kg) plus 30 minutes.  Approx cooking time two hours +.
