Fillet steak [130g Steak]
Fillet Steak is everyone's favourite treat.
As with all our meat, Mettrick's fillet steak is sourced from local farms who are carefully selected for their attention to animal welfare & the top quality of their product.
The beef is then processed in Mettricks own abattoir, and hung for at least 3 weeks before we offer it to you, our customers.
The result is a top quality product in terms of both taste & texture.
