Cut Up Chicken [500g]
A selection of dark and light meat for pies, casseroles, curries and stir-fries. Serving suggestion 250g per person.
Cooking casserole, stir-fry or curry. Stir-fry - brown chicken for 3 - 4 minutes and then simmer for 20 minutes. Casserole - 180ºC/Gas Mark 4 for 1 hour with casserole sauce.
Approx cooking times : casserole 2 hours +, curry 30 minutes and stir-fry 5 minutes.
