The Mettricks 3 Bird Roast is a succulent boneless alternative to the traditional Turkey.
The roast is made up from a Pheasant inside a Duck inside a Chicken, this is then stuffed with a delicious Apricot & Cumberland Sausage Stuffing to create a truly delightful centrepiece for any Christmas table, that will keep everyone happy.
