The is a traditional South African sausage whose name translates as "the farmers sausage".  Mettricks version is a high meat content sausage made with a mixture of beef and pork with worcester sauce and vinegar (a natural preservative) and a special blend of herbs and spices.  These sausage are very popular with our South African Customers, so they must be as good as the real thing!
