Made by Mettricks in Partnership with Howard Town Brewery & the Weatsheaf pub in Glossop. This sausage has recently won the "Best Pub Sausage" 2010.

Cooking and serving.  12 sausages per lb. Serving suggestion 3 per person. Grill or fry for 15 minutes.
