High Peak Mutton Noisette Roll [each]
This delicious joint can be cut into rounds for cooking, or served from the whole cooked joint. Often used in restaurants, noisettes give several lean, tender servings of sweetly flavoured mutton in various sizes. Also available already cut into noisettes.
