Boned and Rolled Breast of High Peak Mutton [1kg]
Boned and rolled breast is an economical roasting joint made up of the brisket and flank of lamb including the tasty skirt cuts. The fat has been taken out of the breast leaving behind the sweet breast meat which is secured in a roll with string. The joints weigh a 1kg ample for 3-4 portions.
