Wild Boar and Chive sausages [Kg]
Won a silver at the great taste awards. Tried by Clarissa Dickinson Wright who said that 'they were the nicest wild boar sausage she had tasted' and kindly rang in person to congratulate our young sausage maker. Also mentioned in the Independent as a great tasting sausage.
