All Mettricks cooked meats are sourced from the same top quality farms as our uncooked meats. They are then cured & cooked using low volume "home cooking" techniques to ensure that the product you buy will be as good as it can be!

We source all our meat from farms within the Peak District, the North West and Midlands, usually within 35 miles of our shops.
