A selection of brown and white meat for pies, casseroles, curries and stir-fries. Serving suggestion 250g per person. Cooking casserole, stir-fry or curry. Stir-fry - brown chicken for 3 - 4 minutes and then simmer for 20 minutes. Casserole - 180ºC/Gas Mark 4 for 1 hour with casserole sauce. Approx cooking times : casserole 2 hours +, curry 30 minutes and stir-fry 5 minutes. We have a selection of stir-fry and curry sauces available. Choose from Sweet & Sour, Hoi Sin, Black Bean, Orange & Ginger, Lemon, Hot Madras, Tikka masala, Mild Korma, Medium Bhuna, Balti, Spicy Jhalfrezi, Thai Red Curry and Thai Green Curry. |
