The course will start with a tour of our abattoir where the whole slaughter process will be explained.
A demonstration of splitting a forequarter will be given and an explanation of all the various cuts of meat you can get from a forequarter.
Guests will have the opportunity to break a forequarter into all the constituent cuts
Guests will be shown how to prepare a rib of beef on the bone and how to bone out a shin of beef
Guests will receive a complementary pack of cuts of stewing beef to take home
