Also known as Minute Steak, a very thin lean piece of steak from the topside or first cutting, with no trimmings or fat. It cooks quickly for a tender tasty result. Ideal for steak sandwiches, cut into strips for stir-frying, or making beef-olives. Cooking and serving: Roughly 3-4 steaks in 500g. Fry and they are ready in 1-2 minutes. Suggested serving 4 - 6 oz per person. Max approx cooking time 15 minutes. |
