Boneless rib of beef is a traditional roasting joint for Sunday lunch or special occasions. Our ribs are hung for at least four weeks to ensure extra taste and succulence. It has some internal fat which melts in the cooking process, basting the meat and adding even more great flavour. Cooking and serving. One 2lb joint (approx 1kg) will serve 3-4. Available up to 2.5kg. If you would like bigger or smaller joints, simply select the wieght required in the quantity box below (minimum 1kg). |
