What can we say about our wonderful bacon and gammon? Well, that it's multi-award-winning. And that it's dry-cured and smoked by us, here in Derbyshire.
But how does it taste? That's easy: tender, full of flavour and extremely satisfying. And that's why when we entered it into a national competition, it scored 100%. You simply can't get better.

We source all our meat from farms within the Peak District, the North West and Midlands, usually within 35 miles of our shops.
